I didn’t love this quite as much as some people seem to – I didn’t think it was one of the greatest adventure games of all time. However I did really enjoy it, despite the fact that it also frustrated me quite a bit sometimes too. The atmosphere is great, and I enjoyed the puzzles that relied on working things out – not so much the ones that relied on you having noticed some extremely obscure visual clue. The plot has all that you could want in an Indy game – an archaeological mystery, mythology, a beautiful female companion who may be trustworthy but you’re not quite sure, and of course evil Nazis. Still, this pack of 4 adventure games for £6.99 is looking to be a real bargain already – just started playing Loom. PC Game Reviews and News
